This policy explains what personal data is processed when you visit flux-ai.co, for what purpose and on what legal basis. In short: this website sets no tracking cookies, runs no analytics and no advertising pixels. Third-party services load only when you actively use them (booking a demo, watching the demo video).

01

Controller

The controller under the GDPR and applicable US privacy law is Flux AI Inc., 5101 Santa Monica Blvd Ste 8 PMB 300, Los Angeles, CA 90029, USA.

02

Hosting and server logs

This website is hosted by Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA, and served through its global edge network; visitors in Europe are usually served from EU data centres.

When you load the site, Vercel processes connection data that is technically necessary: IP address, date and time, requested URL, referrer, browser type and operating system. This data is used to deliver the page, for security and to defend against attacks. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and stable website).

A data processing agreement is in place with Vercel. Transfers to the US are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (Art. 46(2)(c) GDPR).

03

Cookies and local storage

This website uses no cookies. On the demo page your language choice is stored in your browser's local storage (key “flux-demo-lang”). This is a technical setting without personal reference and is never transmitted to us or to third parties. On the home page, a dismissed language hint is remembered for the session (session storage).

There is no geolocation based on your IP address. The language shown depends on the address you open (/ or /de) and your browser's language setting.

04

Booking a demo via Calendly

When you click “Book a Demo”, the booking widget of Calendly LLC, 115 E Main St, Ste A1B, Buford, GA 30518, USA, is loaded. Only from that point is data (IP address, technical access data) transmitted to Calendly. Data you enter in the booking form (name, email address, chosen slot, optional notes) is processed by Calendly and passed to us so we can hold the meeting.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual steps at your request) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Transfers to the US are based on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses. More information: calendly.com/privacy.

05

Demo video and form

To watch the demo video we ask for your name, your email address and optionally your company. These details are sent via the form service Formspree (Formspree Inc., USA) to our mailbox info@flux-ai.co. We use them to answer your request and, if you wish, to send you further information. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR.

The videos themselves are served from our own hosting. No third-party video platforms (such as YouTube or Vimeo) are embedded.

06

Contact by email

If you contact us by email, we process your details to handle the request and any follow-up questions. Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.

07

Retention

Vercel keeps server logs only for a short period. We keep enquiries and bookings for as long as needed to handle them and a possible business relationship, at most until statutory retention periods expire.

08

Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (Art. 21). You may withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future.

To exercise your rights, email legal@flux-ai.co. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the member state of your habitual residence. California residents may have additional rights under the CCPA/CPRA; contact us at the same address.
